Humidity Aquarium

I have about five 10gal aquariums and to keep humidity high I thought I would try flipping 2 on their ends, then setting 2 plants (all the salvia I have) inside then pushing the aquariums together, and then just set a my fluoro's on top the aquariums. I realize that the glass cuts down the light, but I didnt think it would eat enough to effect the salvia. Your thoughts on it?

I personally would keep the plants separate and try sealing the tank with saran wrap. You can just put a small opening in the plastic to allow You to open it up every once in awhile to exchange out the air in the chamber.
The reason I suggest keeping them separate is just in case one of them developes a disease it won't infect the other plant.

people have posted about this in the past, its a good idea only the problem i see is that the aquariums would be so heavy that the top might slip off, because you Will need to switch out the air daily/semi daily. someone else used 2 huge, clear rubber maid buckets and that seemed to work out well.
I would reccomend, unless you already have a greenhouse setup, to use a small tent, and acclimatize them to your regular humidity. This causes less work for you. But if you plan on growing other tropical plants, that need high humidity then a permanent enclosure wouldnt be a bad idea, although something with a side door is a hell of a lot easyer to work with.
