What would cause the stem to twist ?

It has happened recently and some of my other plants (non sally) (outside of my humidity chamber) have done the same.

Heres a pic

...Is the damage soft???  If so, take sterile cutting, and avoid handling square edges, (they seem to be sensitive to damge, and rot enters through handling roughness, I've done it a zillion times, before I figured it out...haha slow learner)

if its just torn or damaged you might be able to splint it, but they don't heal as well as the classic, but can grow with minimal stem attachement....

...so be clean and sterile.

better than soft!!!!!  As long as outside  green is healthy, plant can live.

Stems look a bit thin, so leaves may have torqued plant aournd abit.

hope its OK
