Salvia Questions

Hey everyone.  I"ve used salvia a few times and have taken three to four hits of salvia zone blue- not sure what that extract is, but its supposed to be quite strong.  The effects were interesting but not mind-blowing.  The best way I can describe it was a strong splitting sensation.  I'd really like to experience some visuals.  It'd be great to hear some techniques or tricks anyone has that might facilitate a level 3 or 4 experience.  I am aware of salvia's reverse tolerance but have tried it several times, so am wondering if there are ways to smoke it more effectively- do you recommend taking more than three of four hits if its not hitting me?  Any advice, including from people who salvia has worked for but started out with low-intestinty experiences would be greatly appreciated! What I've heard, is that you should start slow.

Smoke a bowl normally like you'd do. After the first trip, smoke some more again, not anymore than on the first time. Take it slow though, there's no rush with Lady S. Also the right setting and music would propably help, on achieving great visuals. Let us know what happens.

My first foray involved a 20X extract, the result was a straight blast into Zone 6, and a very distraught wife. I don't reccomend it.  My succesive forays have been more conservative, but mildly disappointing since I have been unwilling to commit to the expeience fully, yet educational. I've been reticent to fully indulge, but I'm game for the experience none the less, you should probably approach the experience the same way.

Thanks for the responses- it seems like working gradually is the best way to go.    Unfortunately, I don't have access to salvia right now, but I will in the future and will post a report if I have a worthwhile experience.
