Lawn indoors, LOL.
I think it would be much easier to keep Sally in a pot, and then move her inside during bad weather.
I have had mine outdoors and indoors, mostly outdoors this summer, but I installed a florescent grow light in my bathroom with some plant stands in the corner. (nice humid place) to make it ready for Sally when the weather starts turning cold.
One thing is that I travel pretty often for work and may have to leave it for a week at a time.
I'm gonna hook up a timer and maybe a humidifier later in there.

I think it is safe to say, with near 100% certainty, that ANYONE with ANY history of MENTAL ILLNESS should not take ANY enthnogens for ANY reason whatsoever.
I also suggest that teenagers should be considered MENTALLY ILL untill proven otherwise, i.e. achieving adulthood without killing or dying.
"The war on drugs is an impossible war because the enemy is inanimate and incapable or meaningful dialogue. Any sincere attempt at honesty would begin with the government admitting that the war is in fact on drug users, not drugs, as the euphemism would have us believe. Thus, american citizens are persecuted by the own government, spending their tax dollars to jail it's own citizens in an attempt to save them from themseves. All the while pharmaceutical companies routenly post 20-25% profit margins, far and away the highest of any free enterprise on Earth."

Thats a concept, teens are mentally ill hahah. Well I guess that kid had two mental illnesses.
Yeah the war on drugs is pretty outrageous, and nice quote btw. I think what it comes down to is, if US companies can't monopolize a drug then it shall be illegal and of course 'very dangerous.'
The pharmaceutical industry scares the hell out of me. I've never heard the actual percentage of their profit margins before, but those numbers dont really surprise me. What is ironic about this whole thing is that right now Salvinorin-A is said to be one of the more promising chemicals being looked at for the treatment of mental disorders. I've have been reading a bunch of research papers on this and they all seem to think Salvinorin-A could be revolutionary. However, I'm afraid what could happen is they find some way to make a synthetic analog of the Salvinorin-A and make Salvia as a plant illegal so people can't grow their own medicine. I believe this is kind of what happened with marijuana. Marinol (synthetic THC) is Schedule III and relatively easy to get a prescription for, while growing, selling, or possessing marijuana lands you in jail.
Anyway, welcome to Salvia Source CaptainCubensis!

Yes, there are several drugs that have been put under schedule one(CI) that have never been properly researched for their medicinal usefulness, and most of these had never even showed up on the black market as street drugs. It is like as if the Pharm-Chem giants did not want these orphan drugs competing with there big sellers. For example; mono-acetyl-codeine was put under CI, but as a drug it would only be about as strong as hydrocodone(CII or CIII).

This is very true, I think the this is the primary reason things like marijuana stay illegal. I bet losts of the pharm giants spend considerable dough supporting anti-marijuana campaigns. It would be cool to get some stats on that.
I, however, believe Salvia will be different. It has come about in the US along with the powerful Internet, which has allowed for many individuals, namely Mr. Siebert, to fight against negative propaganda and spread the truth about the potential in medicine. When state decisions such as the one in Maine (Salvia only has age restriction) come forth, it gives me more hope.

A few university research projects with SD would be helpful too.

Oh yeah, thats already been going on. Check out the paper I just did a summary on in the knowledge section. I'm actually meeting with those researchers (from University of Mississippi) to discuss Salvia. The research I'm doing will be taking place at a university (I am working at the
BIO5 Institute
).
