You'd think they could work out how to spell, considering it's a government run organisation full of government propaganda.

I think the "herbal" stuff is that legal bud they sell on the internet... Yknow, the stuff that relies on the placebo effect to do anything :p.

I don't think that he is talking about bogus-bud. I have seen a post someplace else about Cannabis that has been being sprayed with fake frost that was making people sick over in the UK.

BTW, "herbal Cannabis" is a term used in Europe for MJ. "Cannabis resin" is the term that is often used for Hashish in Europe too.

Oh, those are more of legal terms.
