Cool. If she is still throwing out leaves and branches than she must be happy! Another thing I just learned today. I had a few clones in my bubbler 2 liter and I must not have rinsed all the soap completely out of it. I was getting those rainbow bubbles coming up on the leaves for a few days. Well the leaves started to turn brown and not look so good. I just replaced everything after rinsing it out real good and now I am not getting the rainbow colored bubbles anymore. It looks like you might have some of those rainbow colored bubbles in the picture above. Just something to keep an eye out for in case your leaves of you clones in the bubbler start to turn brown.

Possibly, but idk cause I don't think we used soap to clean any of the items that we used. Just rinsed thoroughly and put it together.

But it is a pump rated to up to 20 gallons in such a small container... so that's what I'm thinking it might be?

We switched to Perlite in our bubbler setup just like you have and we are starting to get tiny little roots poking out the side of the stem. I'd say another week and it'd be good to go.

Since the mama plant is doing well we might go ahead and try our newly rooted cutting in a larger hydro set up! We've been pretty anxious to get one going for our sally!

Oh and 3rdCoast is one of my roommates btw. Grin

Sally has two parents to take care of her? She is so lucky! That's good you are getting roots already. Just be careful not to jump the gun and plant the clones too early before they have a good developed root system. I find it is much better to let them grow really long roots (about 2" Long) before planting. My plants with 2" long roots take off much quicker then the ones I planted with only 1" long roots. It only take a couple more days in the bubbler to get the longer roots. After I pot them it seems it takes at least a week longer for the shorter roots to get going in the pot.

Hey JARG, they are doing Beautifully! No rainbow colored bubbles, just LOTS of bubbles since our air pump is sooooo large Cheesy haha. I do believe we also cleaned everything with hydrogen peroxide too. The water we use for watering and in the DWC's are all distilled water (we have everything i swear).

Update pics on sally.. Sorry for crapshoot quality its from a phone

the top most leaf set is a clasic example of too much light. its not so much that its burning but its deffinately got some irregular growth. either way she looks just fine, soon she will doubling and trippling before your eyes.

She already is doubling her size! We've been using a pinching/pruning method that was introduced here and she has tons of new little leafs that are just taking off! I have been cycling her on light... I stick her in a window that when the blinds are down she gets about 60% filtered sunlight till the sun goes down, then back to the  closest she goes for the rest of her 18hr cycle under the CFL's. Her growth has been rather slow lately. But just last week we had to change out her soil since it was soo compact (miracle grow....). we took what we had and enriched it with some perlite and are still hoping for the best.

Should we switch her to a 12/12 light cycle to help w/ her slow growth?

I don't think 12/12 would promote growth speed, only flowering.

cool deal. I didn't think it would help much any who but it was worth asking!

She has tons of new baby leaves, but they just dont seem to be getting bigger. But it wasnt until recently I started sticking her into indirect sunlight, as compared to having her under just CFL's. I'll give her a few weeks in the window and see how it goes..

I need to post a new pic of her! She looks so pretty now. She's getting bigger and better. We have two dead stems though, not too sure on how that happened. Pics to come
