Ok need some help. I sprayed some Garden Safe Fungicide3 (Basically Extract of Neem Oil 0.9%) to clear up gnats that have been around the plant (I did this once before with no problems). This time I sprayed the underside of the leaves. When I came home parts of the leaves where there was just some browning on the tips had spread. About a 1/4" was brown on about 4 leaves.

I trimmed back the dead parts and she seems to be doing ok for now. I'm also concerned about the soil, it's been about 3 days and the soil below an inch is staying very damp to wet. For now I'm just going to step back and watch for the soil to dry up a bit and watch the leaves. I'll take follow up pics sometime this weekend.

Thanks, I'm curious when I should do my first cutting from her, and where.

I want her to be a strong mother plant but at the same time I want to make sure I have some "backup" growing now as well. How tall should I let her get beore making my first cutting, and do I just make the cutting from the top (right above the first node?
You should wait a while until you take a cutting, when you do, take it from the top  of the plant and have about 2 nodes on the cutting to put in your rooting agent.

Just an update. She is growing well afer the neem oil bath shock (leaves turned browned). She's added about 4 leaves up top, although part of the stem went crooked at the top for a section and is straight up at the very top. If that becomes much of an issue I'll support it with a bamboo stick or something.

Just an update she has added about 4" and a node. The 4 leaves have become much more developed. She seems to like me just backing the F off! lol  Grin

True. Sometimes you just have to leave your plants alone and let nature take it's course. After all, if you broke your arm would you want someone dangling it around?
