Once you know the roots are settled in get some more light and you'll be looking good.

At this time i am making holes in the humidity bag so that the plant could survive with lower humidity and more sun  Wink should i add cactus fertilizer ?
Edit: You shouldn't use fertilizer unless the plant has been transfered to soil for 30 days
Edit 2: My sally has a neibhour.. Should i move him out ? (Sorry for asking such a dumb questions but i'm really bad at plants and etc. Salvia is my first plant.

Weird! I had that exact same neighbor in my grow yesterday. I figured it was random seed that landed in my soil when I put my plant outside for a few hours the other day. I pulled it right away as I didn't want any competition for the soil. But it is very strange that it was the EXACT same sprout. A very small and slender stalk with two tiny leaves shaped the same way and about the same overall height! I don't think this is another Salvia sprouting up......but it is weird that I had the same thing.

Nah I wouldn't worry about turning it, my Salvia and my Spearmint do the same thing.  It shouldn't be a problem until it grows really tall.  Then you'll probably want to tie it to a stake of some sort so it's not drooping from all the weight.
