That's awesome, I love how easily Morning Glories germinate, purely wicked. Ive got some growing right now, im going to take advantage of the next 4 months of growing them before I stick them outdoors

hah, sorry dude. Yeah sounds great.
I've got some seedlings growing at the moment under 26w about a foot away, morning glories can handle a lot, just make sure you water them appropriately.
I do need to get more lighting in there though, I'm considering making my own light fixture out of sheet metal and buying another ballast to support another two lights. It's not very bright in there unfortunately, though you can see it from a mile away right now at night, hah.
I get VERY DENSE street trees, so much so that you can't ever see the sun except for when the light peeks through the tree's leaves. In the room upstairs it's housing two salvia plants and hopefully I'll get some others up there soon, but during the summer the light is the weakest. Strongest during winter months when it's not cloudy out.

It's okay, but even young morning glories can tolerate and enjoy more than that. Move them closer, I'd say about a foot away. Either way, get ready to move the light a lot: once they get started, morning glories skyrocket.
