Wow, they're bluer and more spiny than I expected. I could be totally wrong, but to my eye, they look sort of like
T peruvianus
, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Some assays have detected higher mescaline levels in some strains of that species. But from what I understand, the average
T pachanoi
strain tops the average
T peruvianus
strain, sometimes by a whole lot. Neither species can hold a candle to
L williamsi
, but trichocerei grow way quicker and are (still) legal to cultivate. I've heard alkaloid extractions from trichocerei are a real drag, because the material is hard to filter, very slimy.

Well you asked for it
I ordered two, one for me and one for my friend. This is mine.
This is my friend's.
enjoy
Yes, I have4 to agree with Spindrifter. That does look like a Peruvian torch. They have much bigger thorns then do San Pedro's, and they do have a bluer tent to their green then Pedro's, as well.

The site that I bought them from called them San Pedro and Trichocereus peruvianus, so no your eyes do not deceive you they are the mighty torch, here's a link to the site I bought them from.

The Sisterhood of the Sun uses this Sacrament for inducing old Souls to reincarnate and expanding perception beyond the dimensions we normally know for those incarnate.
Our knowledge and being far exceeds what men know. We guide life in this universe.
We are Godess and our fertility makes what is finite become infinite.
om shiva shankara hari hari salvia.
We wait for your's, the old seed, to mature. We birth minds older than earth.

it is doing great, thanks for asking. i cut it, dryed and planted one of them, the other i gave to a friend (who did the same). the top of the mine was black, but now you can almost make out where new growth is forming around it. i am more then happy with it, the blue/green is truely breath taking in person.
