First you see Jupe then you see me. Who sent you to the Experts?

I need to give back to the salvia community! All i do is take take take

Jupe gave me a big box of cuttings (all of them rooted...after some necessary trimming and slicing, root rot removal, etc) which included a bunch of beautiful hofmann wassons and one THICK stemmed Luna.
and you gave me a website.
Im in Malibu quite often-- maybe ill steal Daniel Siebert's car stereo or something.........
naw, the salvia community is super generous.
One day I will take cuttings from my plants and give them tired, greasy, road tripping strangers just as Jupe did for me.
Maybe i should add a Santa Barbara section to http://penumbralplants.info.....
I think a Santa Barbara section is a good idea: how about you Jupe?

Warning!

There are 3 themes installed that MAY Not have been made specifically for SMF 2: it is not advised to use themes made for 1.1.X in the 2.0 Forum! Please remove any themes unapproved for SMF 2.0 b3.1 ...

Read the Admin Manual:  http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?board=7.0

You've got the latest beta version of SMF with ALL the Features!

The next step should be a Hosting Plan. I realize this is a MUST. We MUST CLOSE the forum now and get it on a NEW Hosting plan because neither Go Daddy's FREE (Ad Based) plan NOR hostsnake lets the forum work right!  I suggest you find a hosting plan that supports sendmail BEFORE you get too many members or posts because we may lose all current posts when we move hosts.

Who should you pick for host? Anyone got some feedback? All the rest of you Domain Holders: who hosts You?

It's only cost you $1.21 to get it running, so far, but from now on (Starting today I hope) you'll be paying monthly for Hosting for your forum (In the range of $3 to $10 per month.).

It's just the cost associated with running a REAL Forum. Pay for the Hosting so we can get the forum running right and Then we'll get your ads up to help pay for the hosting ...

Your dream of having a forum isn't dead: it's just sleeping.

3 days ago you had no idea how that dream could be accomplished. But I just happened to have an illustrated tutorial already online about that VERY Subject ... Hah! What are the odds?

You've bought a Domain: step one.   <-----  Done! Now, was that so hard?
Get PAID hosting plan to host your domain, penumbralplants.info , on: step two.   <------ You are Here.
Fine tune & tweak Software to fill your needs for it: step three.  <----- You've already begun, haven't you?
ADVERTISE! - Step four!

(This is what we technical types refer to as a "roadmap".)

OK: here's where you choose to make a regular monthly cash outlay towards penumbralplants.info : your dream made manifest. Choose Wisely.

EMAIL me, Please, when you have chosen and signed up.

I'll wave my Technicians Magick Wand over it again ....  Grin

Hostsnake has been down ALL DAY.

With your site.

And My newest site.

I will be deleting my site from there soon. I won't choose them for a hosting provider either.

Roll Eyes   Shocked  I find them 3 days before they go under ... go figure ...  Angry   Cry

Hostsnake has been offline for over a day now.

I guess my quip about finding them 3 days before they quit wasn't a joke. Sometimes I feel like the kiss of death ...

Let me know by email which plan you want to go with.

For a minute there you DID have a forum ...

Now you start over again and lay a solid financial Substrate to build on!
