To consume, I mean.  Is there still salvinorum A in them even if they're dead? Is it unhealthy at all to ingest?
Also, if there's spots of yellow furry stuff on the surface of the soil, would it be just fine if I didn't water it again until the soil dries out?

They're just dried leaf, the same as you would use to make or smoke!

The brown leaves may be a little staler then say the green ones, but there still should be some salvinorin A in them.
