Well, if you have 2oz of leaf, you've got about 140mg of Salvinorin A to work with (56g * 2.5 = 140).
A single gram of 10x needs 25mg of Salvinorin A (10 x 2.5)... Therefore, you can make about 5.6g of 10x.
The easiest way to do this, would be to:
1. Shred your leaf. Either by hand (rip it into small chunks) or with a blender (so it's a powder). I recommend just using your hands.
2. Put your shredded leaf in a large GLASS! (Not plastic!) jar, and cover it with acetone. You want the level of acetone to be about 1" higher than the level of the shredded/powdered leaf.
3. Let this sit for 25m.
4. Then, get another jar, and pour off the acetone mixture, making it so as few leaves pass through into the acetone liquid as possible. Keep about 10-20g of leaf and the acetone, throw the rest away. If you have any coffee filters, you can pour the green acetone through a coffee filter, making sure to collect it in another glass jar. This really helps make the resulting product less harsh.
5. Set this acetone aside, and let it evaporate down to almost nothing. When it's at about 10% of it's original volume (it should be almost black now), pour it off into a small glass or steel bowl. China won't work.
6. Take about 5g of the leaf left over from step 4 (weigh it) and add it to the rest of the acetone from step 5.
7. Now, let all the acetone evaporate so there's absolutely none left in the bowl. The 5g of leaf left in the bowl should have about 25mg of Salvinorin in it, per gram.
8. Let it sit out in the bowl for 3 days, to make sure no acetone is left in the leaf.
9. Enjoy
