I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with this plant as I am interested in cultivating it in my indoor salvia garden. It is listed as a sedative/euphoriant which relaxes and calms the mind and reduces anxiety. I have read that it is a succulent and is generally made into a tea. Sounds pretty nice.
Another Q, I am interested in diversifying shamanistic plant species in my indoor garden but I am looking for species that will thrive with a 2-3 foot vertical limit. Does anyone know of any species that don't get too tall, or at least don't need to be tall to produce nice useful plants. i am mostly looking for sedatives but any species worth looking at will take my attention.
Thank you all in advance.

I just now ordered Kanna seeds and Dream Herb seeds for my indoor sacred herb garden. I can't wait to see these things grow!! I am always interested in new ways to expand my consciousness. It seems that every new experience with new types of plants leaves me with a new understanding of myself and the world around me.
Does anyone have any links to how to grow these two types of plants. Their environments, water needs, proper planting mediums etc?
I also ordered a new 2 foot, 2 bulb T5 fixture that puts out 4,000 lumens total. Would this light be a proper light for these plants?
Thanks for the help.

This question should really have gone in the Other Psychoactives forum.
