A number of people have committed suicide due to salvia... wow what a lying liar liarpants liarhead!  What number is it? The number is either one or zero, depending on who you believe.  Also, what a dumb question... asking a lawyer why it's legal.... WOW!  Hey, who's the idiot who made it legal? Who made hamburgers legal? Who made breathing air legal?  Who made it legal to wash your dishes?  As though everything is illegal by default, unless it is made legal.  That's why we are so upside-down in this country, we think everything needs to be approved by the government, guaranteed by the government, the government will filter out unsafe items for us, how can something that scares me exist and why hasn't a soldier killed the beast under my bed yet?  Treating congress like our own personal Jesus.  Sorry I get sick when I hear all this "How can it be available when we don't understand it yet".  Do we have an understanding of the health risks of glade air fresheners?  I have personal anecdotal evidence that they cause headaches, fatigue, painful joints and excessive mucus production in the lung.  Why hasn't the government taken it away from me?  What if I get the notion to start spraying it again? WHAAAAA I WANT MY MAA-MAA.

Salvia goatse'd me!  Warn your children!  It's actually a good reason to keep it legal, your friendly neighborhood drug pusher doesn't do age verification.

Wow, I didn't think this would be this bad. This show contacted me on facebook specifically saying they wanted video of people tripping on salvia. I told them this was a terrible idea but that I could give them some descriptions of positive trips I'd had and they never responded, not surprisingly. As for the show itself, the user on the far right killed any kind of credibility that the other two could have had, and the whole fifteen minutes was spent just ganging up on them. What probably bugged me more though was that pretty much all their facts were wrong, from the opiate receptor thing, to salvia having killed multiple people. Then when the pharmacology grad student started to describe how salvia is an opiate receptor agonist and helps to eliminate opiate addiction (and not just replace heroin) they laughed at him and cut him off.  Now salvia is up for rescheduling here in Minnesota and it's future is looking bleak... Cry

All things considered it wasnt that bad of a show, of course it was heavily biased. But they did represent other perspectives, I found it very interesting actually. Pretty lame how they just cut the people in support of it off while they kissed the ass of that bullshit Wonderland fucker. He brings up the point of someone getting behind the wheel after Salvia and then right after says compared to Salvia, alcohol is no big deal.

Yea, shows like that piss me off. They are always one-sided. I mean if only they got real and had a clue, maybe they'd change their minds. The guy from wonderland was a dickhead, he obviously didnt have a clue and was just going off about it because he wants to be that know-it-all guy.  Another thing that was wierd was Brett's cousin or friend or whoever she was, she seemed pretty happy to be talking about it. Also, I remember reading that the medical examiner found absolutely no trace of salvia in Brett during the autopsy report but decided to put it on the report anyways. Things like that that have no evidence is rediculous. Numerous people die to drunk driving, yet that is still legal, it should be the same thing, the laws should just crack down on vendors who sell this to minors, and take more action to people that buy it for minors as well. Banning it is rediculous, because then it could become violent and part of a drug war.
