I'll take a wild guess and say yes! Canada is pretty cool about plants! They will even let anybody grow Peyote!

I wish I lived in canada!
Theres a guy on his own risk trying to buy a salvia d. plant from me in canada- he is willing to take the risks of it dying- so i'll sell it to him.
Arcy is in canada and said it isn't illegal also.

Salvia Divinorum is legal in all provinces in Canada, but is actually studied by Health Canada. They want to know the permanent effects and dangers before taking a decision about this. Untill they will take one, you can buy and smoke Salvia anywhere.
