The controlled substance list is for any substance that is regulated. There are substances on the list that aren't outright banned (like exceptions for research or medical use), but they are all controlled in some way. In the case of Oklahoma Salvia divinorum is actually only illegal if it has been extracted or "enhanced", so live plants and plain leaf are apparently legal.

It means you can grow it, store it, sell it, smoke it, do whatever with it as long as it isn't in extracted form. The plant, and its leaves are fine to do anything you want with, except for make an extract with, like a tincture, smokeable extract like 5x or whatever.

But you could smoke plain leaf. It can work if you're not a hardhead and you smoke enough of it quickly enough. A water pipe and a torch lighter will help with this.

I'm south of you and we definitely have wild weather here... my Sally is doing just fine. It took about a week to get her out of the tent. BTW, I have an offensive joke about Oklahoma... if you don't want to read it or if you already know it, tell me not to post it or just don't reply and I'll keep it to myself. I'll only post it if you want to read it. How come Texas doesn't float out into the Gulf of Mexico??

Thats true, I didnt even think about selling it...seems weird that selling plain leaf is legal. I wonder if smoke shops still sell Salvia in OK.

Yeah, and most people would probably feel like they just got ripped off once they try to smoke a bowl full of plain leaf and they don't really feel anything.
