Perfect.

Exactly the 4 categories I would have used!

Let's also make this page for nations as well.

For example... Salvia divinorum is illegal in Australia and Germany Sad

Ok. After much recounting, to my knowledge, this list is now complete!

Although, of course, subject to change, especially in the case of North Carolina  Sad...

You missed DC, Guam and Puerto Rico Smiley

They are obviously not States, but they are part of the US and governed by their own laws...

I have DC (District of Colombia).  It's in the "legal" section.

Hmm.  I hadn't considered Guam and Puerto Rico.  I'll look into that.  Good point.

For sure a countries list.  What I'll do for that, probably, is make a separate topic and merge this state-by-state list into a countries list under "United States".  I'll start making the countries list soon - if anybody knows of the status in any country, please let me know with details as to what ruling created the regulation (if possible).

I live in KY and it's legal here but I think they're trying to pass a bill to make it illegal. Even if they do it's not gonna stop me lol  Cheesy

As of August 4th Salvia was made illegal inside the city limits of Ocean City Maryland. It is legal for now in the rest of the state, but the sale, possession, distribution of Salvia D is illegal.
