Yeah, pretty soon you will get a notice of shipment email and a tracking number so you can see exactly where your plants are. I bet your just as excited as I am!

I checked my email before bed last night (this morning) and the email with my tracking number was there.  I already call my post office to let them know that I was expecting live plants and to make sure he delivered them to the door.  My post man is very lazy, when ever we get a package that requires a signature he just leaves it at the post office because he doesn't want to get out of his car (I've had many experiences with him doing this).  I (very nicely) let the supervisor know this, and that my package was live tropical plants that needed to be un packed ASAP and required special care when doing so, and spending the night at the post office (because of the post man's lazyness) would result in the death of my plants.  She said that she would make sure "he gets his lazy butt out of his car and carefully hands my my package" Grin.  She was very nice and a little upset about my past experiences.  I just want to make sure that my girls don't spend the night in a cold storage room.  Sorry, I'm rambling, I know.  I'm just so excited, I can't sit still.

For the record, my plants sat in a cardboard box in the sun for 3 days before I got them...

I ordered from a site that sends absolutely NO information via email, but regular snail mail. When I received the letter saying my plants would be shipping the "following week" my plants had already been sitting at my doorstep for 72 hours  Roll Eyes

They were fine.

Glad to hear they made it.  I think the thing that worries me most is the way people handle packages now a days.  Also this is the first time I am having any thing live shipped, I always go and pick it up.
