My plants came yesterday, was able to pick them up today. They seem to be in great condition, while very droopy, they have great color, and arent "THAT" droopy".

they are a lot bigger than I expected, quite a few leaves!

They were packed well, and arrived at my post office 2 days after I got email that they were sent.

Right now I am leaving them in the cup they came in for a few days, then I'll transfer them into a 1gal pot. I have them under a large bag now. NO way a 2liter would be able to hold them, width wise not height.

I do have one concern though, there does seem to be quite a bit of browning on the leaves and the stems(little streaks on the stem of brown) Is this normal?

It does seem to be even more perky today than yesterday though.

Can you post pictures?

Browning around the edges of leaves often accompanies a change in humidity, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Just keep her misted for now, and slowly adapt her to the new surroundings.

I cant post pictures right now but I have a video camera I will try to charge up to use until I can borrow a digital camera.

Im not TOO worried about the leaves(although most of them have at least a little browning)

I was really worried about the stems. There are little brown vertical streaks about twice as wide and long as this | there are probably 4 or 5 all together.

I THINK the plant is doing ok, it does seemed to have perked up more since yesterday, Im just a worrier, especially since I cant find any salvia divinorum at any nurserys or anything near me, so I'd really like to keep these two healthy!

Brown streaks seem to be normal, I see them on all kinds of my stems... but without pictures, I can't be sure.

I wouldn't worry about it, these plants are weeds Wink.

Just make sure you keep them pinched, and take lots of cuttings!

Do you happen to have a guide or post on pinching you could direct me too? I have a basic understanding of what it is, but I cant seem to find any instructions that arent very vague.  Angry

Haha! I just found YOUR post about the very same subject!
