Were you given a tracking number for the shipment?

We did give a tracking number and the customer acknowledged that. However, USPS says it should have arrived but the customer is saying otherwise.

No hassel at all. It's your right as a customer to relay to other potential customers pertinent information about your experience. You're just lucky we have a team as dedicated to your satisfaction as paradoxic and his suppliers Wink

I know how it feels to be disappointed when a shipment doesn't arrive. I deal with hundreds a week, so I know how frustrating it can be.

Paradoxic, I think it actually looks *better* on SS to have a few threads around where there was a problem, and it was resolved or something, then a bunch of positives. Y'know? Show potential customers that you guys do care, you are around and will work to try and resolve issues... Rather than some invisible entity type setup.

No need to cut anything, the cutting is ready to be rooted. Just follow this guide:

Glad you got it  Cool
