Well the shipping and everything was just amazing. You guys really do a good job with this. There is only one problem, after I took my plant out of the white mineral(forget the name) I placed it in a pot and watered it alot and when I came back about an hour later it was wilting very badly I mean horribly it went from fair condition to horrible. It is now like 4hours after I took it out of the package and it is still doing pretty bad, the leaves look like they are about to fall off and they are all wrapped up like tacos. Is this normal? My humidity in my house is around 50-60% I think. I read the directions you sent me so I decided to mist it but it didn't seem to do much thus far. Hopefully the plant will survive I'm hoping to buy some more plants from the shop if this one goes all good. So it would be nice if someone could help me out and reassure me that this is normal and it should neutralize by morning.

You should put a humidity dome over your plant immediately. A 2 liter soda bottle would work fine. The plants are used to a 80%+ humidity environment so dropping it down to 60% is quite a shock. Just keep misting it as much as possible and be sure to open up the chamber daily. But yeah some wilting and such is completely normal for plants that have been recently shipped. Good luck.

Also would you please perhaps change the title of this topic. Upon first glance it seems like you are implying your plant arrived in bad condition. We dont want people just reading the title and getting scared away, you know. Thanks and welcome to Salvia Source!

also if your transplanting from pearlite (the white stuff) was rather rough that could have damamged her as the roots are very sencitive

edit: instead of chanign the title, you should just move it, belongs in cultivation anyway

Ya, it is doing alot better now. The tip of one of the shoots got broken off does this mean ti will stop growing upwards?

No, it will still grow up. If it got broken just above a node then it might cause it to branch out which will make your plant more bushy.

yeah it will kinda stop groing upwards, but will put out a couple more stems under where it broke, though this is more advantageous cause the plants tend to get top-heavy
