It passed. It passed the house . . . but good news, the bill died in the Senate! I called the LRC today asking about the status, they told me that the Senate never came to a conclusion so it just died. The bill won't carry over into the next session, it will have to be re-introduced if they want to try again. So we're safe in Kentucky. . . for now. . . |

Apparently, KY legislature is having some kind of "Emergency Session" called by the governor next week. The session will last 5 days. I'm pretty sure this bill is not going to be discussed, it sounds mostly like budgeting stuff (which I think would make it even less likely to pass) but I'll keep an ear out and see if anything changes. I hope not, I just ordered two plants  BTW anyone else here from Louisville? |

I live in Ky. I've been telling all my good friends about salvia and have been trying to get them into cultivation so that way if a law ever does get passed it will be spread all about. haha |
